Built-in Intelligence
Using hybrid technology, the SolSmart 4750 Solar Hybrid inverters is designed as an integrated power system to charge up from both grid and solar power. What is more, the system is intelligent and switches to solar power automatically whenever it is available, thus avoiding grid power as far as possible. Additionally, whenever possible, its Auto Discharge feature ensures automatic switch to use of battery power rather than drawing on grid power, for example at night, to save power and cut electricity bills considerably.
Pure Sinewave
To ensure that sensitive equipment can also safely operate on these inverters, a Digital Signal Controller ensures that the output is a pure sinewave.
V-Guard Smart Mobile App
The SolSmart 4750 Solar Hybrid Inverters can be controlled by the V-Guard Smart Mobile App. This helps your inverter to utilize solar power even more effectively. The App, for example, offers weather forecasts that can help plan power distribution and usage to coincide with sunshine periods whenever possible.
The App also shows you real-time solar utilization to help you monitor how well your system is using solar power. This helps you understand how the solar power is being put to use at any point of time – for charging the battery, running the load, or wasted due to no requirement – and to accordingly fine-tune the inverter’s usage.
The App also offers you a graphical display of various parameters such as Previous Day Savings, Daily Savings and Total savings since Installation, all of which help you in RoI calculations.
‘Panel Clean’ Reminder
When the solar panels get dirty, their efficiency reduces. To ensure that they remain clean at all times, the system gives you a timely reminder to clean the panels. This helps optimize solar power usage and save power bills too.
Wi-fi and Bluetooth Connectivity
Wi-fi and Bluetooth connectivity offered by these inverters allows you to monitor and control them from anywhere in the world! Amazon’s Alexa or Google’s Home device can also be used to increase the inverters backup time to the maximum possible. Further, notifications from the inverters, for low battery, overload, etc, help you take action as necessary, based on the situation.
Battery Protection

Intelligent Load Selection

The SolSmart 4750 Solar Hybrid inverters offers you an ‘Equipment Mode’ wherein it allows the system to provide backup in the voltage range needed by these sophisticated machines. An ‘Appliance Mode’ is further available to run heavier loads such as electric irons, coffee makers, grinders, toasters, hair dryers, etc, albeit for shorter periods. Regular appliances such as fans, lights, laser printers, desktop computers, laptops, mobile chargers, induction cooktops, desert coolers, chargers, fax machines, CCTV cameras, etc, can be run in its ‘Normal Mode’.
